Accreditation is not a license/authorization that has its source and authority over a law, but a recognition that has its legitimacy on ISO standards, of a voluntary nature.
A Certification Body that complies with ISO 17021 is entitled to issue certificates of conformity to international standards. The Certificate issued commits the Body legally (Responsibility) and ethically towards the market to contribute to trust in the certification system.
I.S.P. CERTIFICATIONS as a partner of accredited Certification Bodies, and responsible for their certification marks, provides a non-accredited certification service under its own responsibility, complying with all the requirements of ISO 17021 in the activities provided and in the qualification of its auditors.
