The Management of I.S.P. focuses on the promotion of the culture of quality as the basis for the provision of its services.
The values that I.S.P. promotes among its customers, are the ethical management of the company through attention to the person, considered the flywheel of growth; raising awareness of environmental issues to make the company aware and promoter of environmental protection on its territory, prompting it to involve all interested parties; safety in the workplace, through the dissemination of the ISO 45001 standard
I.S.P. wishes to place ethics at the center of its business, believing that certified organizations should receive added value and concrete benefits from the certification service.
Our auditing activity is oriented rather than a mere examination of the system documentation, to the real processes of the customer. While remaining in the correct auditing practice, I.S.P. prefers a listening and observation-oriented approach, respecting the values of the company and its socio-economic context. After having understood the processes in their entirety and having identified their criticalities, I.S.P. directs the organization towards improvement by helping it to formulate guidelines to implement the changes necessary for its survival.
