ISO 22301: 2012 Certification

This document specifies requirements to implement, maintain and improve a management system to protect against, reduce the likelihood of the occurrence of, prepare for, respond to and recover from disruptions when they arise.

The requirements specified in this document are generic and intended to be applicable to all organizations, or parts thereof, regardless of type, size and nature of the organization. The extent of application of these requirements depends on the organization's operating environment and complexity.

This document is applicable to all types and sizes of organizations that:

a) implement, maintain and improve a BCMS;

b) seek to ensure conformity with stated business continuity policy;

c) need to be able to continue to deliver products and services at an acceptable predefined capacity during a disruption;

d) seek to enhance their resilience through the effective application of the BCMS.

This document can be used to assess an organization's ability to meet its own business continuity needs and obligations.

ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 certification

ISO/IEC 20000-1 "Information technologies - Service management - Part 1: Requirements for a service management system" defines the requirements that a service provider must have in order to provide IT services of a high standard quality.
The purpose of the standard is to help IT service providers improve the quality of the service offered.

Certification according to ISO/IEC 2000-1 issued by a third-party body is the guarantee that the company has implemented all the necessary actions to deliver quality IT services, in order to meet the expectations of its users.

The ISO/IEC 20000-1 standard is particularly suitable for IT service providers both inside and outside the organization, such as, for example, outsourced IT service providers, in the telecommunications sector, financial activities and the Public Administration. The standard is applicable to all Organizations, whether they are large, medium or small with more or less complex IT structures.

La norma ISO 37001 Anti-bribery management systems

Sistemi di gestione per la prevenzione della corruzione, identifica uno standard di gestione per aiutare le organizzazioni nella lotta contro la corruzione, istituendo una cultura di integrità, trasparenza e conformità. La norma può fornire un importante aiuto nell'implementazione di misure efficaci per prevenire ed affrontare fenomeni di corruzione. L'anti-bribery management system può essere un sistema a sè stante oppure integrato in un sistema di gestione già implementato come ad esempio il Sistema di gestione qualità ISO 9001.

ISO 21001:2018 Certification

ISO 21001:2018 specifies requirements for a management system for educational organizations (EOMS) when such an organization:

a) needs to demonstrate its ability to support the acquisition and development of competence through teaching, learning or research;

b) aims to enhance satisfaction of learners, other beneficiaries and staff through the effective application of its EOMS, including processes for improvement of the system and assurance of conformity to the requirements of learners and other beneficiaries.

All requirements of ISO 21001:2018 are generic and intended to be applicable to any organization that uses a curriculum to support the development of competence through teaching, learning or research, regardless of the type, size or method of delivery.

ISO 21001:2018 can be applied to educational organizations within larger organizations whose core business is not education, such as professional training departments.

ISO 21001:2018 does not apply to organizations that only produce or manufacture educational products.

ISO/IEC 27701:2019 Certification

This document specifies requirements and provides guidance for establishing, implementing, maintaining and continually improving a Privacy Information Management System (PIMS) in the form of an extension to ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 27002 for privacy management within the context of the organization.

This document specifies PIMS-related requirements and provides guidance for PII controllers and PII processors holding responsibility and accountability for PII processing.

This document is applicable to all types and sizes of organizations, including public and private companies, government entities and not-for-profit organizations, which are PII controllers and/or PII processors processing PII within an ISMS.
